          Hear a lot of people talking about how none of the classes in dust have anything that makes them special in some way or another. So here is some ideas on how to do that. Feel free to mention your own or tweak as you see fit.
  All of these skill ideas could be either Specific to each race class suit or a "class module" that can be swapped out and replaced with any in the same class. It would have a tier related to the Suits tier so the PRO of that suit would be better then the STD ver by a small amount. All ones mentioned have some sort of duration or should have some sort of balancing mechanism and would need to be balanced and stats accordingly
  Heavy battle skills
  Heavy 1: Can put up a shield in front of him that makes him unable to move but absorbs % of dmg for anyone behind the shield. He can activate, has cool down
  Heavy 2: Can increase weapon range damage for a short duration of time. He can activate, has cool down
  Heavy 3: Can Project a pulse blast around him that does armor damage and pushes enemys away. Does not hurt teammates. He can activate, has cool down.
  Heavy 4: Can project a shell around him protecting him from fire for all directions but is unable to shoot or move while the shell is up, also blocks enemy from passing through it. He can activate, has cool down
 
  Logi battle skills
  Logi 1: has a internal Squad CRU. He can activate. Has a cool down
  Logi 2: Has a internal Squad nano hive. has a radius He can activate, has cool down
  Logi 3: Has a internal Squad Shield booster that increases squad shield recharge rate. He can activate, has cool down
  Logi 4: Has a internal Squad Armor booster that increases squad armor repair rate He can activate, has cool down
  Scout Battle skills
  Scout 1: Has a internal TEAM Scanner He can activate, has cool down (IE His whole team can see the scan results not that in can scan the whole map or the whole enemy team) Has range limit
  Scout 2: Has a internal squad dampener He can activate, has cool down and a range limit
  Scout 3: Has a Internal personal Speed booster He can activate, has cool down.
  Scout 4: Has a internal Cloak (combat or damage breaks cloak) He can activate, has cool down
  Assault battle skills
  Assault 1: Has a internal Flux style blast he can project forward that does not hurt teammates shields. He can activate, has cool down
  Assault 2: Has internal booster that can reduce a % of damage to him He can activate, has cool down
  Assault 3: Has a internal booster that increases squad reload speeds and fire rate in a radius, He can activate, has cool down
  Assault 4: Has a internal booster that increases squad spawn rate He can activate, has cool down
